We're looking for 3 Senior Account Executives within the United States to join our team. Close deals and manage client relationships without overhead, management headaches, or fulfillment responsibilities.
The Opportunity
• Earn 30% commission on every sale with no caps or ceilings
• Recurring revenue on retained clients
• You focus on sales, we handle everything else

• Senior Account Executives earn $15k to $150k+ in their first year
• Commission-only, no base salary
What You'll Do
• Find local businesses in your territory that need digital marketing services
• Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
• Present UltraByRich solutions using our proven sales framework
• Close deals and manage ongoing client relationships
• Attend weekly strategy calls with your account success manager

• Email marketing, automated sequences, and analytics
• All services are white-labeled and executed by our senior team
Commission Structure
• 30% on all products and services sold with no caps on earnings
• Recurring revenue on retained clients means you earn every month they stay active
• Commission-only position, no base salary
• Monthly payments processed on the 15th
• Average earnings: $15k to $150k+ annually based on performance
Example: Sell a client on our $3,000 per month package, you earn $900 per month for as long as they remain a client. Sell 10 clients at $3,000 monthly, that's $9,000 per month in recurring commission.
Who You Are
• A proven closer who knows how to sell
• Connected to local business owners or ready to build those relationships
• Focused on building long-term client relationships
• Ready to hustle and serious about growing your territory
• Self-motivated and disciplined enough to work remotely and manage your own schedule
Requirements
• Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who thrives working independently
• Access to your own computer and reliable internet
• Willingness to attend weekly account calls and complete onboarding training
